Internal Sales Manager

Our client is the UK s leading business training and coaching platform for trade and construction business owners. They help tradespeople become successful business owners through a range of training solutions, including 12-month business academies, seminar sessions, and retreats. On average, they ve helped businesses grow their sales by 400%. Due to a huge expansion plan, they re now looking for a Telesales Manager to lead a team of 15 telesales agents based in Peterborough. You ll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing your team to convert B2B calls into secured event attendances for our client s training discovery days. This will be working with both cold and warm leads. Are you a driven, results-focused leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing telesales teams? What You ll Do: Lead, coach, and manage a team of 15 telesales agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Drive performance through effective training, call monitoring, and real-time feedback. Manage KPI reporting and pipeline performance to maximise conversion rates. Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business growth.
