Internal Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Internal Sales Manager to lead and develop an account management and customer service function. This Internal Sales Manager role is focused on nurturing, maintaining, and growing relationships with an established portfolio of core repeat customers.You will own the commercial and service relationships, ensuring high service level agreements (SLAs) are met, repeat orders and quotes are handled seamlessly, and senior leadership is relieved from day-to-day customer escalations. Internal Sales Manager - Key Responsibilities - Commercial, SLA, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Key Account Management: Take ownership of our core repeat customer base. Ensure customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and secure repeat business without the requirement for proactive business hunting. Commercial and Quotation Oversight: Manage commercial elements including customer quoting, order processing, and pricing structures in collaboration with internal project managers and supply chain teams. Ensure alignment with company margins and service expectations. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Support: Oversee service delivery and SLAs, working closely with the technical/commissioning engineering leads to ensure customer support issues and on-site servicing are managed effectively.
