You ll receive the support and training needed to develop your product knowledge, commercial skills and technical understanding.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and emailPrepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up enquiries to convert them into ordersResolve customer queries and issues quickly and professionallyIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM recordsCreate stock codes, calculate pricing and manage discount structuresCommunicate delivery expectations and manage order fulfilmentBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent servicePrepare marketing materials and support promotional activitiesTake card payments and process customer returns in line with company proceduresDevelop strong product knowledge with a view to progressing into a Technical Sales role About YouWe re looking for someone who is driven, organised and keen to develop their career.
