What will you be doing as Internal Sales:Working as part of a small team you will be dealing with a mixture of existing and lapsed customers to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships. Duties will include: Quoting customers, advising stock levels, giving product advice, and suggesting products ideasDealing with inbound calls and outbound calls to existing customersLiaising directly with suppliers in the UK and overseas to gain pricing informationLiaising with customers and other internal departments regarding any issues with customer ordersUpdating customers websites to include the product rangeAnalysing spreadsheets, to monitor spend and product trendsWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Ideally experience in a similar sales administration, account manager or other business to business sales support or customer ..... full job details .....
