Your new company A well-established UK manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and proactive Internal Sales Coordinator to support its commercial team and contribute to ongoing business growth. This is a varied, customer-focused role that combines internal sales, account coordination and business development support. Working closely with both customers and the field sales team, you will play a key role in generating opportunities, progressing quotations, coordinating customer activities and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Your new role As a Internal Sales Coordinator, your role will involve:Proactively contact customers to arrange review meetings, product demonstrations and identify new opportunities for the external sales team.Coordinate appointments and customer visits on behalf of field-based sales representatives.Follow up quotations and proposals, obtaining feedback and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.Coordinate product trial programmes, ensuring customers receive appropriate support throughout the evaluation process.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and commercial partners through regular communication.Accurately maintain customer records, appointments, quotations and pipeline activity within the CRM system.Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through proactive customer engagement.Support the coordination of customer implementations, including delivery scheduling, product installation, ..... full job details .....
