Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. About the role: As part of our internal sales team, you ll play a key role in ensuring an efficient and professional response to all incoming enquiries and orders, delivering excellent service while driving profitable sales across our full product range. You ll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value. Your responsibilities will also include undertaking a variety of purchasing and administrative tasks such as placing orders, raising invoices, and supporting the wider sales and purchasing functions. You ll take ownership of maintaining branch and customer stores to a high standard, ensuring stock is replenished promptly and efficiently.
