Hayley Dexis is looking for a driven Internal Sales Assistant to join our well-established and experienced Fasteners team at our headquarters in Halesowen. About the role: As our Internal Sales Assistant, you ll be responsible for providing an efficient and professional response to incoming phone and email enquiries, processing orders promptly, and ensuring excellent customer service at every stage. You ll work closely with customers, Hayley branch staff, and suppliers to build strong relationships, establishing credibility through your product knowledge and commitment to meeting their needs. You ll prepare accurate and competitive quotations, assist branch staff with technical queries, and use our in-house system to identify, source, and price items effectively. Attention to detail is key, as you ll record enquiries, manage sales orders, and raise purchase orders within the system.
