About the Role
The Internal Sales role is based in High Wycombe, on a permanent contract with a salary range of £32,000 to £38,000 per annum. The position involves joining the aftersales support team within industrial engineering, focusing on supporting capital equipment customers and driving account revenue. Key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, understanding their business needs, and selling appropriate services. The role also covers upgrading and renewing service contracts, owning first-line customer contact via telephone and email, and relaying service requirements to the Field Service Team. Generate new Installation documentation for the service team.
