Internal Sales Executive

I working with a growing business in the electrical and energy solutions sector who are looking for an Internal Sales Executive.

This role combines customer service, technical sales support and business development. You''ll be responsible for handling enquiries, preparing quotations, providing product recommendations and building strong customer relationships while supporting sales growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing inbound customer enquiries
• Preparing and following up quotations
• Identifying upselling and new business opportunities
• Providing technical product advice and guidance
• Maintaining customer records and opportunities within CRM
• Supporting external sales colleagues with lead generation

About You:

• Experience in sales, customer service or technical support
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Electrical industry experience beneficial but not essential
