In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of accounts, supporting the retention and growth of key product ranges while ensuring exceptional customer service. Acting as the link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you ll provide both commercial and technical support from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients receive prompt, professional service. Internal Sales Executive Responsibilities:Provide technical and commercial back-office support to Key Account Managers and Regional Sales teams.Manage customer enquiries, projects, and product requirements from initial enquiry through to delivery.Liaise closely with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate order processing and product availability.Respond to customer and installer technical queries and assist in product selection and specification.Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support conversion of enquiries into confirmed sales.Maintain CRM and internal systems with accurate and up-to-date customer information.Coordinate logistics, tracking orders ..... full job details .....
