As an Internal Sales Executive, you''ll have the opportunity to own and drive your sales pipeline from enquiry through to conversion, managing and developing mature customer accounts whilst actively hunting and winning new business across an established territory. Working in close partnership with a field-based Area Sales Manager, you''ll take ownership of growth opportunities, negotiate commercially, and confidently close deals to consistently exceed sales targets. With dedicated support from a Customer Service Executive handling day-to-day administration, you''ll focus on what you do best—selling, developing accounts, and identifying opportunities—giving you genuine autonomy, real earning potential through uncapped bonus, and the satisfaction of directly influencing your own success as an Internal Sales Executive.

This Internal Sales Executive role would suit someone commercially driven and sales-focused with strong B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You''ll bring a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, highly effective telephone-based selling and closing skills, and strong communication and presentation abilities. Your commercial mindset, proactive approach to creating opportunities, and ability to work collaboratively alongside the Area Sales Manager will help you thrive in this Internal Sales Executive position.
