Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role is crucial for managing and nurturing relationships across our client base, including DSPs, OSMs, and driver networks. The successful candidate will combine skills in account management, relationship building, lead generation, and operational coordination to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.Day-to-day of the role:Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with DSPs and OSMs to ensure satisfaction and contract performance, including regular check-ins, feedback collection, issue escalation, and system support.Fact-Finding and Intelligence Gathering: Gather relevant information from clients and networks to inform business strategy, identifying new sites, contracts, performance updates, or operational challenges.Driver Engagement and Support: Act as a liaison between the company and driver partners to ensure compliance and satisfaction, monitor driver feedback, identify problems with drivers, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.Lead Generation: Identify and nurture new opportunities from existing accounts, referrals, or new business, spotting upselling opportunities, developing leads, and qualifying quality leads for BDM close.Appointment Setting and Coordination: Support the BDM by setting up meetings with ..... full job details .....
