Internal Sales Executive Vacuum Excavation Hire Pier (UK) Ltd is one of the UK''s leading vacuum excavation and equipment hire specialists, operating a nationwide fleet of vehicles from our headquarters in Newton-Le-Willows. We''re looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is a desk-based role focused on winning new work, growing existing accounts and keeping our fleet busy. If you''re commercially minded, comfortable on the phone and want to build a career with a business that''s growing fast, we want to hear from you. What you''ll be doing Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into confirmed hires Making outbound calls to lapsed and target accounts to generate new business Preparing and following up quotations, and negotiating rates within agreed parameters Working closely with the operations and transport teams to match the right unit and operator to each job Keeping the CRM and sales tracker accurate and up to date Building long-term relationships with contractors, site managers and procurement teams Supporting the wider sales team to hit depot and national targets What we''re looking for Previous experience in internal sales, telesales or account management plant hire, construction or industrial services is an advantage but not essential Confident phone manner and the resilience to pick up the phone every day Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems A commercial head you ..... full job details .....
