Internal Sales Executive An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established business based in Crawley.This is a customer-focused sales role where you will take ownership of enquiries from initial contact through to order, ensuring opportunities are progressed, quotations are followed up and customers receive a high level of service throughout the sales process. The position would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, has a proactive approach to sales and is motivated by converting opportunities into successful outcomes.The RoleManaging customer enquiries via telephone and email.Preparing accurate quotations and supporting customers with their requirements.Following up quotations and opportunities to maximise conversion.Maintaining regular communication with customers to progress sales.Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.Identifying opportunities to increase sales through additional products and services.Processing and managing customer orders.Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.Supporting the wider sales team with larger or more complex opportunities.The PersonPrevious experience within an Internal Sales, Sales Support or customer-focused commercial role.Confident telephone manner with strong relationship-building skills.Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple ..... full job details .....
