Internal Sales Executive

Partnership Recruiting are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the existing-Internal Sales team at our clients manufacturing business in South Ayrshire.

What You''ll Be Doing

As a key member of the sales team you''ll play an important role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth by:

• Managing a portfolio of existing customers, building strong relationships and generating repeat business through proactive account management.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise sales across your customer base.
• Working closely with colleagues across the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Keeping customer and market information up to date within the CRM system.
• Liaising with the production team to ensure orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time.
• Providing outstanding customer service by resolving queries quickly and professionally.

What We Are Looking For

We are keen to hear from people who are:

• Experienced in internal sales or account management (2+ years preferred).
• Commercially minded with a passion for developing customer relationships and growing sales.
• Self-motivated, positive, and driven to achieve results.
• Confident communicators who enjoy speaking with customers and building long-term partnerships.
• Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems would be an advantage but isn''t essential.
