Duties will include: Responding promptly and effectively to customer queries by email and phone Processing Orders Account management, developing customer relationships Proactively contacting customers/lapsed contacts Back-office support Warehouse liaison Working in a small team The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the electronics sector, but training and support is available. Prior knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage. Salary range -25,000 - -30,000 Monday to Friday.-Hours 8am-5pm (3.30 finish on Fridays) Permanent
