Our client is an established specialist HVAC wholesaler supplying heating, ventilation and air conditioning products to trade and commercial customers.

The Role

Working within the internal sales team, you''ll be responsible for supporting customers, preparing quotations and proactively identifying opportunities to develop sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with existing trade and commercial customers
• Handling sales enquiries via telephone and email
• Preparing quotations and following opportunities through to order
• Proactively identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts and generate new business
• Working closely with external sales colleagues to support customers
• Developing your product knowledge across the HVAC range
• Providing knowledgeable customer service and sales support

About You

We''re looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills and an interest in developing their career within sales.

You''ll ideally have:

• Some experience in sales, customer service, retail, trade counter or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for learning new products and developing industry knowledge
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in internal sales

Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing and heating, technical products or wholesale would be advantageous, but isn''t essential. Your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important as your previous experience.
