Your Role

You’ll be at the heart of the business, connecting with customers and driving sales through engaging conversations:

• Proactively contacting existing, lapsed, and potential customers
• Building strong relationships and trust
• Retaining business and identifying new opportunities
• Providing quotes and solutions tailored to customer needs
• Handling inbound calls during busy periods
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Sharing market insights and trends with the team

• Organised with strong admin skills
• Comfortable using IT systems
• Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is highly desirable
