Support Business Development Managers by managing incoming sales opportunities and customer requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional business. Follow up quotations and proposals to maximise conversion rates and secure new orders. Liaise with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, lead times, and technical requirements. Quotation and Proposal Preparation Prepare accurate, detailed, and bespoke quotations based on customer specifications and project requirements. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation where applicable.
