What You ll Be Doing: Managing and developing a portfolio of 200 existing customer accountsHandling repeat orders and ensuring smooth processing through our systemBuilding strong customer relationships over the phoneConducting monthly calls to customers to secure ordersRe-engaging lapsed clients and winning back their businessIdentifying and converting new business opportunities What We re Looking For: Previous experience in a sales or account management roleExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and target-driven mindsetAbility to work independently and manage a busy workloadProduct knowledge is not essential full training will be provided!
