Internal Sales Executive

MUST HAVE''S

• Proven sales experience from plan to closure
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to influence at all levels
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Motivated to sell to existing clients and generate new business
• Professional personal presentation and attitude
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge

NICE TO HAVE''S

• Knowledge of market shifts and emerging trends
• Experience in food ingredients or related sectors
• Familiarity with BRCGS/FEMAS standards and audits
• Experience with customer account management and order processing
• Ability to assist with stock takes and site preparations

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Managing and selling to existing and prospective customers
• Building understanding of customer applications and needs
• Targeting new and existing products into all customer segments
• Achieving turnover, profit, and margin targets set by management
• Prospecting weekly to win new accounts and ensure business growth
• Updating customer information via CRM (Orderwise)
• Interfacing with the Technical Department for information exchange
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Organising customer orders, deliveries, and resolving any issues promptly
• Supporting stock takes and site preparations for audits
