Internal Sales Executive Location: WinsfordSalary: Up to 32,000 DOEHours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm HRGO Recruitment are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join an established technical engineering business in Winsford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in technical sales. You''ll initially focus on customer service, inbound enquiries, quotations and sales support, whilst developing your technical product knowledge. The Role:Handling customer enquiries by phone and emailPreparing quotations and following up sales opportunitiesBuilding strong customer relationshipsIdentifying upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesProcessing sales and purchase ordersMaintaining accurate CRM recordsManaging pricing, stock codes and discountsSupporting customers with delivery and order queriesProviding general support to the wider sales team As you develop, you''ll have the opportunity to progress into a Technical Sales position, advising customers on technical solutions and supporting the development of new business.
