Location: Winsford

Salary: Up to 32,000 DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join an established technical engineering business in Winsford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in technical sales. You''ll initially focus on customer service, inbound enquiries, quotations and sales support, whilst developing your technical product knowledge.

The Role:

• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
• Building strong customer relationships
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Processing sales and purchase orders
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Managing pricing, stock codes and discounts
• Supporting customers with delivery and order queries
• Providing general support to the wider sales team

As you develop, you''ll have the opportunity to progress into a Technical Sales position, advising customers on technical solutions and supporting the development of new business.

About you:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident speaking with customers
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Good IT/Microsoft Office skills
• Keen to develop a career in technical sales
• Holds a full UK driving licence

Previous sales or customer service experience would be beneficial. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in technical sales.
