Internal Sales Executive

Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our well-established and experienced team based at our branch in Seaham. About the role: You ll be undertaking tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries, responding to customer queries and processing orders. Expect to be on the phone as well as being the face of our trade counter, providing expert knowledge and assistance to any walk-in customers. You ll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value. We re looking for someone confident and proactive, who isn t afraid to get stuck into a range of tasks.
