Internal Sales Executive

Grafton Recruitment are recruiting a Internal Sales Executive for a leading heat network energy supplier in the Greater Bradford area. Our client is a leading provider of end-to-end heat network solutions, with a nation-wide presence, over 40 years of experience in reducing carbon emissions and 200+ employees. Their client base includes local authorities, housing associations and private developers. Helping to optimise energy efficiency, manage renewable energy, and focus on well performing schemes, whilst minimising costs to the resident. They are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the wider Marketing and Business Development team in their head office. Being a vital link between the marketing and sales teams, fostering collaboration to drive lead generation and unlock new business opportunities. The role focuses on qualifying leads, managing CRM systems, supporting the business development function, and contributing to marketing efforts - all with the goal of increasing sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Qualify marketing-generated leads across multiple channels (e.g. HubSpot, website, events)Collaborate with Marketing to shape and execute targeted sales strategiesManage and delegate inbound enquiries via the sales inboxIdentify and nurture opportunities using digital assetsEnsure qualified leads are accurately entered into the CRMIdentify key decision-makers and nurture engagementRepresent the business at events to increase brand awareness ..... full job details .....
