Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries professionally and accurately. Conduct confident outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and existing customers. Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and maintain accurate CRM records. Produce customer quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth progression of customer orders. Provide administrative and commercial support to the external sales team.
