Internal Sales Executive

Are you commercially minded, technically curious and looking to build a career within industrial sales and manufacturing? We are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for an established international manufacturer supplying engineered products and solutions into industrial, manufacturing, processing and material-handling applications. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody at the earlier stages of their career who wants to develop within a professional B2B sales environment. Previous experience within engineering would be advantageous, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in people with strong customer service, sales administration, internal sales or commercial experience who have the aptitude and enthusiasm to learn technical products. What You''ll Be Doing Responding to incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email. Preparing and issuing quotations and following them through to order. Processing customer orders accurately through the company''s systems. Building relationships with existing customers and providing excellent day-to-day service. Proactively following up quotations and identifying additional sales opportunities. Supporting customers with product enquiries and working with technical colleagues where additional application support is required. Liaising with Sales, Technical, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance. Keeping customer, quotation and opportunity information updated within CRM and ERP systems.
