The role combines account management, customer service, order processing and pricing activity, with full training available for someone who has the right commercial attitude and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base. Handle incoming customer enquiries and process orders. Discuss pricing, quotations and tenders with customers. Identify and maximise new business opportunities. Manage customer accounts through the established sales process. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Maintain high standards of customer care. What We''re Looking For Strong telephone communication skills and a professional manner. Customer-focused, commercially aware and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and self-motivated approach.
