Internal Sales Engineer - Electrical

Electrical Sales Engineer Leeds area Technically qualified engineer required for an internal sales engineering role for a growing organisation in the Leeds area. Ideally you will have some relevant work or placement experience in and a second language would also be of great interest. You will initially work with existing clients maintaining relationships, processing, and managing customer orders and providing technical support. Your role as a Sales Engineer will be 80% office based in Leeds and will include: Liaising with existing customers on a day-to-day basis regarding orders, post sales enquiries and issues Providing comprehensive technical support by phone, email and face to face when necessary Building up and managing excellent customer relationships with distributors and end users Up selling and cross selling where possible Researching and cold calling new and potential customers Providing quotations, producing BOM''s and purchasing from existing suppliers Working with internal development teams and external manufacturers to ensure client specifications are met You will be : A confident engineer with excellent communication skills happy to take on a sales role Hold a relevant technical qualification: Electronics, Electrical, Control systems, Automation or Mechanical (must understand electrical fundamentals) Have excellent communication and persuasive skills Have confident administration and organisational skills Be a good problem solver Ideally have worked in a ..... full job details .....
