As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and preparing quotes using the Rad-quote package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Prepare and manage accurate quotes and proposals using the Rad-quote package.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
• Provide technical assistance and support to the sales team and customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the sheet metal or laser cutting industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the Rad-quote package is essential.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
