Internal Sales Engineer

Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Aldermaston. Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-1.30pm and offering a salary from 25,000- 28,000 dependant on experience. Duties and responsibilities include: Dealing with technical and commercial enquiries via email, telephone and websiteProcess customer ordersProvide sales supportLiaise with principalsMaintain customer CRM informationHandle B2B internal sales queriesManage existing customersHandle and be responsible for all product returnsPerform other tasks as requested by the supervisorCandidates will ideally have/be:Technical backgroundSAP experienceRelevant experience in Sales/Office environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeA-Level education, ideally with good competency in both Maths and ScienceA degree in Mechanical Engineering is desirable but not essential.Good telephone manner and communication skillsCompany benefits include:Bupa Healthcare25 days holiday plus bank holidaysExcellent pension scheme Do you have experience in a similar role and all the relevant skills?
