You will help to increase sales by providing high levels of customer service in all areas including answering phones promptly, handling queries and orders efficiently and accurately. Increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business. Building good relationships with customers. Taking orders and processing them accurately. Providing technical advice on products. Trade counter sales and taking telephone orders. Preparing quotations.
