Salary: Depending on Experience

Office Location - South Bermondsey/Deptford

Hours: 8:30pm-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch

Office based role

Bonus: Monthly team commission structure in place - a % of the net sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering internal calls and ask appropriate questions about the customer''s requirements and establish the caller''s intentions about placing an order
• Establish Sales Leads by agreeing with customers when to call them about a future order
• Must be able to fully demonstrate a positive and empathetic approach and a thorough understanding of the company and its product and services offerings
• Be adept at problem-solving, can effectively use available resources, and are skilled at managing their time
• Respond to email enquiries in an organised and prompt manner and if necessary, call the customer to confirm further details so their requirements are fully understood
• Ability to Calculate and prepare estimates/quotations is beneficial
• Process paperwork -Quotations, Invoices, Sub-Contract Orders, Purchase Orders and Job Sheets
• Be a pro-active member of the Team (suggesting improvements/joining in discussions etc. including product development
