This is a varied role combining new business, account management and sales administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships.The RoleAs a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the sales process while identifying opportunities to maximise sales and strengthen client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.Respond to inbound sales enquiries, preparing quotations and following up opportunities.Proactively contact existing customers to identify additional sales opportunities and generate repeat business.Liaise with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules and product availability.Work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the CRM system.Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries promptly and professionally.Support the external sales team with quotations, account management and administration.Help achieve team sales targets by delivering outstanding customer support and identifying opportunities ..... full job details .....
