They pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting their employees development.The RoleOur client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to support the continued growth of the business.The role involves supporting customers throughout the sales process, from handling enquiries and preparing quotations to following up opportunities and coordinating orders through to delivery. You will maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling, cross-selling and new business development.Key Responsibilities Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customersHandling incoming sales calls and customer enquiriesPreparing accurate and competitive customer quotationsFollowing up quotations and potential leads to maximise sales opportunitiesIdentifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and servicesProcessing customer orders and maintaining accurate informationLiaising with Production, Operations and Logistics teams to coordinate orders and deliveriesKeeping customers updated on order progress and delivery timescalesResponding to customer ..... full job details .....
