Internal Sales Co-ordinator

Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for a Internal Sales Co-ordinator on behalf of our client based in Pontypool. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business, providing essential administrative support within a busy sales office.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Location: Pontypool
Pay: -12.71 - -13.00 per hour (depending on experience)/ Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Raising invoices and purchase orders.

• Scheduling work and managing delivery bookings.

• Producing customer reports.

• Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally.

• Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.

• Filing and maintaining accurate records.

• Assisting with basic estimating duties.

• Providing general administrative support to the sales office team.

What We''re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A professional and polite telephone manner.

• The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Previous administration or sales office experience is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Salary

• -12.71 - -13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
