Process quotes, orders and related documentation. Communicate with customers whilst delivering excellent customer service. Liaise with both the production and transport departments regarding orders and deliveries. Collect customer feedback, managing customer expectations and responding to customer queries. Update quote logs daily - Order to place quote management. Establish, develop, maintain and expand relationships with contractors / consultants / designers and merchants. Be an integral part of our established sales team by servicing the needs of existing customers and increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
