Swinton. -28k + bonus An experienced and commercially minded Sales Administrator is required to join a successful company, based in Swinton. An exciting time to join as they continue to enjoy a period of growth within the business. ( No outbound sales involved! ) Duties will include; Being the first point of contact for customers by phone and email Giving quotes and sending to customers Checking stock availability and processing orders onto the system Arranging delivery Handling stock shortages, courier complaints and incorrect warehouse picks Liaising with other departments The successful candidate will have previous sales order processing experience, strong communication skills. A good working knowledge of IT - in particular Excel ( any knowledge of Salesforce and/or Power BI would be a definite advantage ).
