Internal Sales Position Timber and Builders Merchant Our client, a highly respected and well-established timber and builders merchant, is known for its excellent reputation in the construction supplies industry. Due to their continued growth and success, we are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Salesperson to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and process sales orders via phone, email, and in person. Manage a sales ledger, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Offer expert advice on timber and building materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Proactively reach out to new and existing customers during quieter periods to generate new business opportunities. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in internal sales or customer service roles is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
