Internal Sales and Technical Support Co-ordinator Location: Milton Keynes Position: Full-time, office-based Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Holiday: 24 days + bank holidays Benefits: Company pension + Private Medical Insurance after qualifying period Start date: ASAP Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm (45-minute lunch) Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm (45-minute lunch) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Sales and Technical Support Co-ordinator to join our client''s busy team in Milton Keynes. This is a varied role combining internal sales, customer service, technical support and sales administration. You will work closely with customers and our external Sales Engineers, helping to manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders and key accounts while ensuring a high level of service at all times. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy sales administration or internal sales environment, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering business. Experience within the bearing industry would be highly advantageous. You will need to be confident communicating with customers by telephone and email, highly organised, commercially aware and able to work independently while supporting the wider sales team.
