This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment and providing key support across sales and customer service functions.The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a high level of service while supporting the sales team with quotations, order processing, administration and day-to-day coordination activities.Key Responsibilities• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.• Prepare and issue customer quotations, ensuring all information is accurate and communicated promptly.• Process sales orders, invoices and dispatch documentation efficiently.• Monitor customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure deadlines are achieved.• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems as required.• Follow up quotations and support sales activities to maximise opportunities.• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability and delivery timescales.• Manage returns and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.• Produce relevant documentation including certificates, reports and customer correspondence.• Support wider ..... full job details .....
