Imperial Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with Walker Filtration on a retained basis to recruit an Internal Sales Administrator.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected manufacturing business, supporting key customer accounts while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced sales office environment.The RoleAs an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service from enquiry through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing customer orders and maintaining accurate recordsManaging customer accounts using the CRM systemLiaising with planning, production and operations to meet delivery schedulesHandling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptlyProducing reports and monitoring customer order booksUpdating customer pricing agreements and product lead timesSupporting continuous improvement projects within the sales officeAbout YouPrevious customer service or internal sales administration experience (minimum 2 years preferred)Strong communication and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelA proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skillsCompany BenefitsCompany PensionDeath in ServiceEmployee Assistance ..... full job details .....
