Internal Sales Account ManagerLocation: Blackwood, South WalesSalary: 27,000 per annum + Quarterly Company Performance BonusHours: 39 hours per weekContract: Permanent, Full-TimeStart: ASAPVibe Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Internal Sales Account Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Blackwood.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a great ethos, supportive working environment and excellent employee benefits, where hard work is recognised and employees are genuinely valued.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with existing customers, acting as a key point of contact.Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in line with agreed service levels.Identify opportunities to increase sales, develop existing accounts and maximise profitability.Maintain accurate customer records and sales information using Sage 200 and CRM systems.Monitor account performance, prepare reports and provide regular customer updates.Attend customer meetings and conference calls, resolving queries promptly and professionally.Work towards agreed sales targets, margins and customer service KPIs.
