The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for inside sales, customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, and account management on a daily basis within the Yorkshire and Humber area. You will build new clients over the phone, email and some trade counter Account manage existing and new clients Offer a consultative sell Provide a great customer service Offering pricing on products Chasing quotations you have made, and ensuring the order process runs smoothly Provide an excellent customer service. To maintain and expand sales and profit from an assigned sales sectors; identify and develop key and target accounts In conjunction with the ESR and PCM to manage their sales territory so as to achieve budgeted sales and profit To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders.
