The RoleThe client is looking for a confident, resilient, and people-focused candidate resourcer ideally from a recruitment, call centre or high-volume customer service background. You will spend your day speaking with potential candidates, qualifying interest, and building rapport. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential candidates to engage and qualify candidates.Build strong, professional relationships with candidates through confident phone communicationUse AI-powered recruitment tools to prioritise and engage high-quality candidatesConduct initial candidate screenings and gather key informationEnsure an excellent candidate experience from first contact onwardsConsistently work towards daily and weekly activity targets What they are Looking For Proven experience in a high-level outbound calling role (25 per day) Previous experience in recruitment, call centre or a sales environment.Confident, professional and engaging telephone mannerStrong communication and relationship-building skillsResilience, motivation and comfort working to targetsA proactive attitude and strong work ethic What they Offer Competitive salary and benefits packageFull training and ongoing developmentSupportive, high-energy team environmentOpportunity to be part of a modern, fast-growing business.
