Your goal is to attract and retain top talent while building a strong employer brand and providing a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: -Partner with hiring managers to take detailed job briefs, determine qualification criteria, and develop effective hiring strategies. Talent Attraction: -Write engaging job postings, advertise on relevant job boards and social networks, and maintain active talent databases. Screening & Interviewing: -Source candidates through various channels, screen CVs, and lead telephone, first-round, and competency-based interviews.
