In this role you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and attracting the very best talent for our schools whilst leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will provide expert advice on all recruitment activity and work closely with our education senior leadership team to design and implement effective recruitment practices and strategies and ensure that all regulatory and company requirements are met.
