About the Role

Pertemps Walsall Industrial is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their client’s team in Lichfield on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis, paying £13.50 to £14.50 per hour. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles across the business. Responsibilities include drafting and posting adverts, using job boards and LinkedIn to identify candidates, and screening responses. The role also requires liaising with department managers to understand hiring needs and arranging interviews. Candidates should possess prior in-house recruitment experience. The role offers free parking, a pension, and 33 days of annual leave.
