Your new companyHays are working with a growing Manufacturing business in Telford who are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Senior Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role requires a confident recruitment professional who can manage a high-volume portfolio of up to 30 live vacancies across various departments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, liaising with external agencies, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Your new roleAs a Recruiter your role will include:Manage end-to-end recruitment for up to 30 live roles across multiple functionsLiaise with external recruitment agencies and manage PSL relationshipsCoordinate interview scheduling and manage hiring manager diariesBuild strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and updatesMaintain and update tracking spreadsheets and ATS systems with accuracyPrepare job briefs, post adverts, and screen CVsSupport offer management and onboarding processesProvide weekly recruitment updates and reporting to stakeholdersWhat you''ll need to succeedProven experience managing high-volume recruitment independentlyStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesProficient in using ATS platforms and Excel for tracking and reportingComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentImmediate availability preferredWhat you''ll get ..... full job details .....
