Internal Recruiter Location: St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 3HU Salary: £28,000 £32,000 per annum, DOE + Benefits! Contract: Full time, Permanent Fancy taking ownership of recruitment for one of the UK''s largest photography businesses H Tempest Ltd is the UK''s leading school photography company. We''re now looking for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our team at our head office in Cornwall and take responsibility for recruiting photographers across our UK field operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with some recruitment experience who''s ready to take the next step. You''ll have plenty of support, but you''ll also have the freedom to develop new ideas, explore different recruitment channels and help us shape how we attract great people into the business. Outside of our busy recruitment periods, you will provide additional support as needed to our Field Operations Manager. The Internal Recruiter Role: Working closely with our Field Operations Manager and regional field teams, you''ll manage the recruitment process from an approved vacancy through to appointment.
